Curry Burgers
Adapted From: Everyday Paleo Family Cookbook

Kick it up a notch for dinner by adding curry powder to your patties and serve it with delicious curry spread. The standard burger night jut got much more tasty!!!


2 tblsp curry powder
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup yellow onion, chopped
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp black pepper
2 pounds ground beef
8-10 large romaine lettuce leaves
1 small cucumber, sliced
1 small apple, sliced
curry spread, to taste


In a large bowl, mix together the curry powder, garlic, onion, sea salt, and pepper. Add beef to mixture; mix well with clean hands. Separate the meat into 10 equal portions; shape into hamburger patties. Grill or pan fry over medium heat for 5-7 minutes on each side {medium-well}, or longer for well-done hamburgers. Serve burgers on lettuce leaves, drizzle with curry spread, then top with cucumber and apple slices.
