Curry Spread
Adapted From: Everyday Paleo Family Cookbook

This spread is awesome on hamburgers or any meats. I use it as a veggie dip too!

Ingredients:

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp paprika

Preparation:

In a small bowl, whisk the mayo and spices together. If using Paleo mayonnaise, I recommend using a fresh thick mayo batch {the oil in week old paleo mayo will separate and be runny}.

Makes 1/2 cup
