Cucumber Dip

This dip is cool and refreshing! Salty potato chips and crackers compliment it perfectly.

Ingredients:

1 large cucumber, chopped
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1 1/2 cups small curd cottage cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 tsp accent seasoning 

Preparation:

Stir all ingredients together in a large bowl. Serve with regular potato chips, sea salt popcorners, baked or kettle cooked chips, or crackers!

  2. What does it mean by '1/4 tsp accent' ????

    1. Accent is a flavor enhancer seasoning. You find it in the spice section at any grocery store. :)
