Caramel Popcorn

1/2 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup light corn syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
5 to 6 bags of microwave popcorn
Preparation:
Melt butter, sugar, and syrup together over medium-low heat, stirring constantly. Boil for 2 minutes while stirring. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla and condensed milk. Pour over large bowl of popped popcorn. Stir until well coated.
