Wait 'Til You Taste My Fried Chicken

This chicken disappears fast at my house. {wink wink}
Ingredients:
2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast
1 (12-ounce) can 7-Up
4 tblsp soy sauce
3/4 cup flour
4 1/2 cups fine plain bread crumbs
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp sage
1 cup canola oil
Preparation:
Place chicken pieces in a large container. Mix together 7-Up and soy sauce. Pour over chicken and cover to marinade for 30 minutes.
Use a gallon size sealable bag; shake together flour, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, and sage. Add 1 or 2 chicken pieces at a time in flour mixture and shake to coat.
Heat oil in 2 frying pans (1/2 cup oil in each or about 1/4 inch deep) on medium heat; brown chicken on each side. Don't crowd. Cover frying pan, and if needed, add a little 7-Up mixture. Cook covered on medium-low heat for about 20 minutes.
