Marshmallow Caramel Popcorn

Ingredients:
1 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
22 large marshmallows (or 6 ounces mini marshmallows)
2 bags of microwave popcorn
Preparation:
Stovetop - Melt butter, brown sugar, and marshmallows together over medium-low heat, stirring constantly until creamy caramel sauce consistency. Pour caramel over large bowl of popped popcorn. Stir until well coated.
Microwave - In a large microwaveable bowl, melt butter and marshmallows for 30 seconds at a time, stirring in between, for three times. Stir in brown sugar and continue cooking for 30 seconds at a time and stirring in between until a creamy caramel sauce consistency. Pour caramel over large bowl of popped popcorn. Stir until well coated.
