INGREDIENTS:
12oz box (12 cups) Rice Chex Cereal
3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter, melted
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3 tsp cinnamon
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a large microwaveable bowl, measure cereal and set aside. In another smaller bowl, measure cinnamon and sugar, stir together and set aside.
Melt butter. Pour over cereal and stir until all cereal is completely covered in butter. Microwave for 1 more minute, and stir. Add cinnamon sugar and stir well. Microwave mixture again for 1 minute and give a final stir.
Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
