Ranch Pasta Salad

The ranch dressing compliments the ingredients in this salad so well. It's great for a pot luck.
6 ounces small seashell pasta
1 head of broccoli, chopped
3 medium carrots, chopped
2.5 ounces mini pepperonis
1 cup frozen peas, thawed
8 Monterey jack cheese sticks, cut into cubes
1 (1.0-ounce) package ranch salad dressing mix, prepared as directed
Cook pasta according to directions; rinse in cold water and set aside. In a large bowl, stir together the broccoli, carrots, pepperoni, peas, cheese cubes, and prepared ranch dressing until well coated. Gently stir in cold pasta shells. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
