Skinnies {crepes}

I don't know how crepes became "skinnies", but that's what my kids call them. I eat mine with my favorite buttermilk syrup!

Ingredients:

6 eggs
1 cup sugar
2 cups flour
2 cups milk or water

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in a blender; mix well. Pour a thin layer of mixture onto a greased pan or griddle. Brown each side for 1 1/2-2 minutes. 

6 Servings {12 crepes}
