NO kneading by hand, or bread machine required for this dough... just a Kitchen Aid.
Easy peasy and perfect! :)

Ingredients:

5 1/4 cups bread flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tblsp salt
2 level tblsp instant SAF yeast
2 cups hot tap water
1 1/2 tblsp vegetable oil

Preparation:

Add bread flour, sugar, salt, and instant yeast into Kitchen Aid mixer bowl; combine ingredients thoroughly on 'stir' speed. Then add hot tap water and oil; mix on 'stir' speed using dough hook. Once combined, knead on 'speed 2' for 5 minutes. On wax paper, divide dough in half and form into rectangle loaves. No extra kneading is needed. Lightly spray loaf pans with cooking oil. {I use two 9.25" x 5.25" metal pans.} Place loaves in pans with crease-less side down; press dough evenly into all edges of pan to grease dough. Then flip dough to smooth side up; repeat step by pressing dough into all edges of pan to evenly grease. Cover pans with plastic wrap; let rise for 25 minutes. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes. Carefully remove bread from pans and let cool on wire rack.
