Garlic Potatoes

My cute sister-in-law made these tasty potatoes for a BBQ once {but used Russet potatoes}, and I've been using it as an easy side dish for a lot of my dinners ever since.
Ingredients:
13 red potatoes, cut into half inch cubes
1/4 cup olive oil
1 1/2 tblsp garlic salt with parsley
Preparation:
Combine potatoes, olive oil, and garlic salt in a large bowl; stir until well coated. Spread potatoes on a greased 12x16 jellyroll pan. Bake at 350° for 35-45 minutes.
