German Chocolate Frosting

German Chocolate Frosting

Ingredients:

1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup sugar
3 egg yolks
1/2 cup butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/3 cup coconut
1 cup chopped pecans

Preparation:

In a saucepan; cook frosting for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally. Let cool completely, then frost German chocolate cake.
