German Pancakes

This is my favorite type of pancake. It's hard to eat just one serving.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
6 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt
Preparation:
Melt butter in a 11x13 pan in the oven at 350°. Beat eggs in a large mixing bowl until bubbly. Add milk, flour, sugar, vanilla and salt; blend until light and bubbly. Remove pan with melted butter from oven. Do not burn butter. Pour egg mixture onto the buttery pan. Bake at 400° for 10-15 minutes. Cut into 12 squares and serve with powdered sugar, your favorite syrup or jam.
