INGREDIENTS

  • 2 - 3.4oz packages Lemon instant pudding
  • 4 cups cold milk
  • 1 - 6 oz package Orange Jell-O (or 2 small 3.4 packages)
  • cups boiling hot water
  • 2 - 15oz cans Mandarin Oranges, drained with 1 cup juice reserved from cans
1 pint Heavy Whipping Cream, whipped

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Whisk both lemon pudding packages with 4 cups of milk in a large bowl according to box directions. Set aside.

Dissolve the orange Jell-O in the hot water by stirring until crystals are no longer visible. Then add 1 cup juice from the mandarin oranges cans and stir.
  • Add the orange jello into the lemon pudding bowl and whisk together until well blended.
  • Pour into a 13x9 glass dish and transfer to the refrigerator to chill until completely set, about 4 hours.
  • In a blender, mix the heavy whipping cream for several minutes until fluffy and thick like a cool whip consistency.

Spread the whipped cream over the top of the set Jell-O. Pat dry the drained oranges with a paper towel, and carefully place oranges on top of the whipped cream.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
