5 Cup Fruit Salad

'Tis the season for salads! The sweet fruit and sour cream are the perfect blend. You won't have any leftovers when you bring this salad to your holiday party.

Ingredients:

1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple, well drained
1-2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 cup coconut flakes
1 cup sour cream
1 (11-ounce) can mandarin oranges, well drained
1/2 cup maraschino cherries, well drained and stemmed {optional}

Preparation:

In a large bowl, stir together the pineapple, marshmallows, coconut flakes, and sour cream. Gently fold in the mandarin oranges and cherries. Chill for 4 to 8 hours before serving.
