Healthy Ranch
Adapted From: Everyday Paleo Family Cookbook

This homemade ranch is super healthy, and has a great ranch flavor!

Ingredients:

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tblsp full-fat canned coconut milk
1 tsp dill weed
1/2 tsp dried parsley
1/4 tsp garlic, minced
black pepper

Preparation:

In a small bowl, slowly stir all ingredients together and serve as a veggie dip, or as a dressing on your favorite salad.

Makes 1/2 cup
